As many of you will be aware, fuel costs continue to rise across Aotearoa. With this in mind, we are asking all Trust kaimahi to be mindful of travel and to limit vehicle use where practical.

Where appropriate, please use Microsoft Teams, phone calls or other online options before arranging travel. This helps ensure Trust resources are used wisely and that travel is prioritised for mahi where in-person attendance is genuinely needed.

We acknowledge that travel will still be required in some circumstances, and that kanohi-ki-te-kanohi engagement remains important in many situations. This pānui is simply a reminder to consider the most practical and cost-effective option for the mahi at hand.
