Reminder to Log-in to access Forms and Resources

Kia ora e te whānau,
This is a friendly reminder to all kaimahi and whānau that you need to be logged in to the Te Kōhanga Reo website to view and access important forms and resources.
This includes pages like Rauemi, the Pay Parity section (where a new form Opt in to fortnightly pays is now available), and the pānui from the Kaupapa Kaimahi Hui ā Motu 2025, held earlier this year in March.
If you’re not logged in, these forms and resources will not be visible.
You can log in using your account details here: https://login.kohanga.ac.nz/
Once logged in you can view the hui pānui by clicking here.
Please note: Not all whānau will have individual login accounts. Each Kōhanga has an authenticated ID and can help set up whānau users where appropriate. If you’re unsure how to access the website, we encourage you to speak with your Kōhanga for support.
Have Your Say – Communications Feedback Survey
Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust and the Te Puna Ara Kōrero team are working to strengthen how we communicate with kōhanga, kaimahi, and whānau.
We want to make sure our messages are clear, relevant, and useful to you. Your feedback is essential in helping us improve.
This short survey will only take a few minutes, and your insights will help us connect more meaningfully with our kōhanga community.
Take the survey by clicking here.
Thank you to everyone who has already taken the time to complete the survey, we appreciate your support.
Ngā mihi nui,
