Kei te rapu mātou te whānau o te Kōhanga Reo o Te Kaha Nui a Tiki i tētahi tangata mō te tūranga Kaiako.

Ka tūwhera tēnei tūranga hei te wāhanga tuatahi o te tau e heke mai nei – 2025.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, prepare and implement a Learning Plan that aligns with Te Whāriki a Te Kōhanga Reo
• Guide Kaimahi in the development of the learning plan
• Oversee kaimahi and their professional development
• Be responsible for the overall quality care provided to mokopuna
• Uphold the Kōhanga policies & procedures
• Ensure mokopuna safety is paramount
• Support a working relationship between Kaimahi, mokopuna and whānau
• Provide appropriate guidance and support to all kaimahi
• Report back to the whānau at monthly meetings

Essential criteria: 

• E matatau ana ki Te Reo Māori me ōna tikanga
• Kua whai Tohu Whakapakari
• E matatau ana ki te Whāriki a Te Kōhanga Reo
• He mōhiotanga ki Te Korowai me Te Ara Tūāpae
• Kua whai Raihana matua (Full Drivers License)
• Whakaae ki te mahi arowhai a ngā pirihimana (police vetting)

• 8am – 4pm
