About the role
Positions available for immediate start: full time, part time and casual workers needed.
Essential criteria
- Competent of Te Reo Māori me ōna Tīkaka is preferred although, training and support will be provided.
- Is passionate and energetic working alongside our mokopuna and keen to work in a collaborative learning space.
- Be honest, reliable, punctual and trustworthy whilst having the previledge of speaking our southern iwi dialect to our up and coming generation of Kai Tahu.
- Able to work effectively within a whānau lead environment amongst our beautiful whenua next to our stunning murihiku marae and waihopai runaka.
- Police vetting compliance under the childrens act nz must be completed and a current First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain), reference check is required before starting employment.
Work days and hours
- Full-time position: 35 hours
- Part -time position: 15-20 hours
- Casual position: Additional hours can be offered on a casual basis, in a teaching/relieving setting.
